There are 32 yoga poses prescribed in the Gheranda Samhita as most beneficial to
you. These positions or asanas can be categorized into the folowing
categories:

Although the Gheranda Samhita
prescribes only 32 asanas, it does mention that there are thousands of postures. Some of these
